Sellers asking for charity on Ebay

I see this every now and then and think it is ridiculous: Sellers listing an auction or buy it now asking for you to just give them money or to buy an item for thousands of times its value. Their reasoning is always some sob story. This should get you banned from ebay. Here is an example of one I came across today:
