where do i add my credit card on ebay.co.uk without charity donations?

ebay say i need to put a credit card on file but when i try to add my credit card in Account/Personal Information/Financial Information its trying to make me sign up for charity.

Am i in the wrong place?

only place Ive seen charity, with a ribbon sign is under my account on ebay, it is next to the other ways to pay fees eg paypal automatic, or one-time payments etc
you have chance to add cc when you sign up, if not, the charitable bit is seperate though, so try again.

It says i have to put a credit card on file to use listing automations.

You click on Site map in the upper right hand corner, it should be on most Ebay pages. Then look in the middle column for add credit card or create seller's account.

if you really get struck try and sell an item, it will stop you before you can list and take you through what needs doing, eg adding card or tells you that you must be linked to verified paypal etc
