Hope someone here can answer this.

Do eBay customer service actually read the emails they receive.I've sent 2 in the last three days.Been stuck at phone verification for a new sellers account.I told them that everything is set up properly and that their stupid system ain't accepting my number.Told them my bank account was verified...etc, and all they can reply with is with instructions on how to sell,which takes me back to verification again.

If they read the emails I've sent then they'd know where the problem lies.I know how to sell and list items.They should know why I can't.Rant over

Hahahah! Are you kidding me? Most eBay reps are illiterate. They can only read from script and even then they have difficult time to follow. They stumble and moan and then stumble again. Ever wonder why they are polite one moment and angry the next? Because that's when they miss a few lines on script.
