ebay employees & lack of knowledge

I really wonder, i dont think that in life you will come across an organisation that thier staff dont know about their own rules and answers everything from an operating manual that was given 1 second before a car crash!
Sometimes you have an open and shut case like a buyer not paying for goods and leaving a negative and ebay customer support saying that it was "the buyers opinion of the transaction" or not knowing when DSR's drop off. Its getting worse everyday!

Certain sectors of their customer service are "normal" and know what they're talking about. (Usually, these are the people you get transfered to and speak to 2nd or 3rd)

The people you speak to when you first call are always either a-holes, or a foreign person with an accent who's obviously reading off a script
