ebay employees & lack of knowledge
I really wonder, i dont think that in life you will come across an organisation that thier staff dont know about their own rules and answers everything from an operating manual that was given 1 second before a car crash!
Sometimes you have an open and shut case like a buyer not paying for goods and leaving a negative and ebay customer support saying that it was "the buyers opinion of the transaction" or not knowing when DSR's drop off. Its getting worse everyday!
