MC999 Does Every Account Get This

Does every account get limited? When they ask for ID, Invoices and Bill do they know that you are linked?

I got the MC999 notice, called up they said that you are linked to another account, and then she said send everything in. I did send it in, then she tells me your back up. But then they reduced the limits and then suspended it again.

Yes, many accounts get this code.

It does not always mean a link. ( It may mean there is a chance of a link but not quite proven). My experiences have been that the account does not quite make ebay requirements. What's the background with this account?

ID can be supplied & account restored. But it is also known that limits might be reduced & a further suspension can happen.

This is yet another case of the variables of ebay.

I changed the names on this account. To my first and last name on a old account suspended, also the address was very close, it was in chicago and chicago and also phone number area code was the same
