ebay limits worries & pains of being stealth

Hey guys got a stealth running ...83 positives, 1 negative (to the conman) and a neutral...ebay saying that ive got 4 open cases (which are already closed) but as usual still stay for a whole year. Ive been a good boy 130 items, £5600 limit. Review due tommorrow on the 20th. So ive been waiting a whole month

and you wouldnt believe it...some dude has opened up a case against me for an item he bought for......wait for it.......£1..ONE POUND

There goes my possible increase. I am furious but im so deflated right now

:ahhhhhh:

Why would you be depressed over 4 open cases? If you have a 5600 monthly limit, your account is still active, only 1 negative/1 neutral, 83 positives, there shouldn't be any problems. Just take care of the open cases, and move on, especially if the items only cost people 1 pound.

cause my items are like a minimum £1000 each. So £5600 to me sometimes means i can list maximum 5 items in a whole month

Yeah, you're probably worrying about little/nothing. Cheer up! :)

Keep your customers happy all the time, that the key of success.

An ideal candidate for " Why are you only running one account"
Spread your wings then little setbacks on one account cant influence your livelyhood .
Claims and increased limits go together like chalk and cheese ..
EB wants to see no claims on an account so they dont have to get off the lazy ass and get involved and just sit back counting the profit from doing very little.

Ah, see you left the £1000 part out. Are all 4 cases "£1000" each? If so, I can see where you're coming from, and that Is something to worry about if you can't cover the funds.

If what the buyers are saying Isn't true, I'd fight it, even though they usually side with the buyer.
If you lose, and pp automatically refunds the funds, and the items still have selling potential, once the items have arrived back to you, I'd re-list them asap, that's what I use to do back when I was selling on eB, and It usually worked out for me by repaying pp the negative fees.

It's just a minor setback for a bigger comeback.

No...that was on my main account that i was on those figures. Got kicked off that, so i was building up stealth accounts to see if i can ever get to those heady heights. Im having to resort to selling silly stuff just to get my feedback up and im still getting grief.

So for a £1 complaint you are here crying and complaining.

Yeah, that is depressing.

For us to read.

Get going dealing with the buyer to resolve his issues. Start using some positive stuff to deal with him.

This is the life of ebay. I know it's annoying. But not resolving issues is dangerous.

Crack the whip & get back up there selling.

:peace:
