eBay Refund

I've list a item and sold both, one of the buyer wanted a refund so I refunded him on Paypal and didn't dispatch the item, how do I relist the item without getting charge for listing fees as I didn't sell it?

Cancel the transaction and relist - not a big issue. You have proof you refunded him

Is this a double post? Swear I replied to similar question just now - cancel the transaction and relist. Eb and pp will see that you refunded.

I've refunded him on Paypal and it appears Refunded on eBay. How do I cancel the transaction?

I'll need to wait until 1 Jan to open the problem, is this the one I need to choose? I sold an item and want to cancel the transaction.

Yes - you need to wait 4 days (if i recall correctly) or 7...not on my eB account to check...to open the cancel transaction.
