Ebay dispute, how to forward?

I shipped an item, customer received it.
He don't like it and i refunded.
I open a dispute to receive a refund of the ebay commission but the customer is not replying.
What can i do? 15 january i'll pay automatically ebay fees and if he do not reply i'll gift 6€ to paypal??

Well if you refunded it should be checked automatically. But if you gave a refund why you opened a dispute to get refund? Or do you mean to get your item back?

Loque 01-05-2013 06:22 AM

I only want a refund of the ebay fee :)

balzac 01-05-2013 06:55 AM

So it must be returned immediately after case/dispute was closed. Check email which you got from ebay after refund.

You have to CANCEL the transaction after you refund the buyer.

Loque 01-05-2013 08:50 AM

I refunded already.
There is no cancel transaction option, i opened a dispute but buyer doesn't reply.

rsot 01-05-2013 09:08 AM

If you opened a Cancel the transaction dispute- you will be able to close it after 7 days if buyer does not reply.

Loque 01-05-2013 09:49 AM

Yes on the dispute i selected to cancel transaction.
But if then buyer reply then paypal automatically pay the fees to ebay on 15 jan...

A lot of effort going into this for 6 euros

I don't do dispute cases. I refund and take the ebay fee hit as the cost of doing business. Too many open disputes will toast an account.

There is no dispute - the buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel the transaction.

Yes eB should see that the refund was done - is it such a big deal if you pay 6 now but get the 6 refunded later? It is a small amount.
