Default Easy way to figure end of year totals? # Sales, Avg sale price, etc?

Does anyone know of an easy way to figure basic end of year totals? # Sales of which items, Avg sale price, Best sellers, etc?

I'm interested in anyone's ideas as end of the year accounting for a half dozen accounts is killin me!

Cheers

The 'easy' way to do this is to be keeping good booms throughout the year, otherwise it will be a nightmare. Been a bookkeeper for many years, there's a reason its a full time job

No wonder.

Book-keeping starts the 1st day of the financial year.

Multiply that by 6 and you have a lot of work at the start to get organized.

Whatever happened to all the stuff from the below thread?

Hi GreanBean! Hope you had great holidays!

That thread went ok and gave us a few new ideas. At this point Im looking for maybe an Ebay App that will tally my annual sales, average sale per item, best selling item, etc. Just some basic stats that be be dug up.

Ive heard all bad things about ebay apps and security but I run on a vmware system which would contain any rogue ebay app streams anyway wouldnt it? Thank you all for taking the time to revisit this.

NoneOther this is an intriguing service. Have you used them? I like the below part, using public info so adding several Ebay accounts onto one of these accounts shouldnt cause too many red flags over at Ebay , right?

Id love to hear from someone who uses this and can confirm thru first hand knowledge that signing up for this wont get all my accounts linked to Ebay somehow. Thats always my main concern. Thoughts?

Yes I use it but as with all things stealth and e/b I keep them all separate, never use an all in one solution for gathering info from e/b and p/p.

It's not difficult to tally several accounts together

Ok so... 6 Outright accounts for my 6 Ebay accounts? Thats not a problem. I hooked a trial outright account to an old ebay account and its supposed to be uploading data tonight. We will see how it looks in the morning. Thank you NoneOther fro this wonderful tip. I will report back how it goes.

How awesome would this solution be if you could pull all your different stealth accounts financials info into 1.

It can be done using Outright but my caution takes precedence with software that can access multiple e/b and p/p accounts and amalgamate them.
