Buying Walmart/target Gift Cards?

If i buy a walmart/target giftcard on ebay or other sites, will i be able to buy from walmart without any problems you get when you pay with paypal?
Or will they still need to call my phone for verification?

Because i have a USA address that i use to export and thought i could buy from walmart online this way?


Also could you buy from walmart direct and pay using entropay cards?

Correct, Walmart and target gift cards don't require a telephone call. You use them like online cash.
