Default Comments on immature accounts & buyers taking advantage

Is it me or do my new accounts compaired to my age accounts get scammers left and right?

Had 3 this month! eBay removed one buyer protection case because he was a repeat offender!

One guy just messaged me saying a printer was not "new". It was even missing toner.

No idea what the outcome of that is but im not responding to it. My aged account has no problems like these!

Personally, I've never had a problem with zero feedback accounts.

You could put restrictions on buyers when posting the listing, ie no more than 4 unpaid item cases, must have pp acct, etc. That may give you better experiences.

Yes in my experience what I termed "ebay professional buyers" will go at the new seller knowing they will kiss their butt so they dont get a negative.

There are many of those buyers out there looking to cash in to get something for free by using slick words to scare new sellers.

Yes it happens, I've even noticed the same person doing it to a couple of my accounts.

With this particular buyer, I knew for a fact they had pulled the same stunt before because I was the seller, but he did not know obviously because my stealth accounts show very little similarities(my locations are spread throughout the country, the only way anyone I wasn't from that part would be if they tracked the package).

Anyway's, I made up a little story. I told them I searched and found their name on a message board forum and that I know they are a scammer and do this same routine on other unsuspecting buyers. I told them that if they did not stop doing this, I would report them and request ebay review their message history with other transactions to see if similiarties existed.

Strangley enough, I never heard back from them, nor have they tried it with any of my other accounts.

Does eBay flag your account for reporting these scammers?

I dunno but like I said one guy left a neg and opened a case against me. I didnt even know, eBay sent me an email letting me know about their buyer protection blah blah blah and how they removed the neg and case for me as he was a repeat offender. So it does pay off to report buyers. I still have no clue who it was...none of my buyers are "no longer registered".
