Last month I called them and was told I needed to talk to the sellers vetting department because I was already at 50/5000 and anything over 5000 needed to go through that department. I was wary of calling, but finally just did it today. Any regular CS rep OR Trust and Safety can increase you to 5000 max. Anything after that and you have to get in touch with the sellers vetting department.
I just tell them I want to see if I am eligible for limit increase...they review the account for positive feedback, etc. and then ask if you are still selling the same items or what your projected sales each month will be. Just talk to them nicely and they will increase you. Going from 50/5000 to 75/40,000 is a big leap, especially on an account not even 5 months old yet.
