eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - US or UK account using in Hong Kong

You can use it from any country you want, But you will need a US IP for the US account, UK IP for UK account and the same goes for Canada.

You will also need to figure out how you are going to withdraw your funds from the PayPal account, I believe all mentioned countries (US, UK & CA) accept only Local Bank account (as withdrawal method), Canada maybe accepting US Bank accounts as well.

Probably your only choice, but just a tip.

It seems like this is a common problem for those people opening USA accounts, I don't truly understand why people don't make sure they have a plan for withdrawing funds BEFORE starting to sell on these accounts.

Using another account to withdraw funds from your US account involves a huge risk which will lead to limitation problems with PayPal.
