[ASK] How to avoid scammer in selling virtual goods in ebay ?

hi all,
i have a case,..i try to run my new biz in ebay by selling egold there.
i have a buyer with up 100 reputation. she bought all my egold. and she bought my other egold not via ebay too. Totaly 500$,..n she gave me positif feedback.
after 1 month,..she do charge back. and paypal sent the money to her.

i complained to paypal either to ebay about my case,..i give them a proof that she gave me positif feedback

But both paypal n ebay cant do anything. How they protect me as a seller?
i dont get it!

Right now,..my paypal acc was minus,..and i dont wanna pay it.

so my question refer this case :

1. Am i break the TOS of both of Ebay or Paypal ?
2. Is selling virtual good cant get seller protection from Ebay or Paypal?
3. How to avoid the scammer if i run this biz again ( selling egold in ebay)?

Paypal do not cover you for virtual items, only tangible items.

And - hasn't digital delivery been banned? Or is this UK only?

Right, you're basically screwed with virtual items. I use to sale virtual items in the past, you can't win chargebacks.
