Default forgot to update quantity..listing ended

DAMNIT..i was selling an item that i have a big quantity of, I forgot to update the qty in the ebay listing and now it ended. i cant go back and add to the quantity, i can only relist the item, but then it wont show the history of how many sold, page views, watchers, and im sure it will fall below the search listings when people look for my specific item...im such an idiot. is there no way around this?

You said the answer yourself, "i can only relist the item". Start anew, and next time dont forget to forget. Happy selling.

Next time make stealth listings. If you forget one the others keep on ticking.

Good until canceled listings. If you ran out of qty and didn't update the listing ended that is on you. Keep better track of inventory and sales. Enough said.

Anyway I have to admit that's one of the things I hate about eBay. There should be an option to warn you when it's time to restock. Even if you use 3rd party inventory manager I notice eBay is buggy when it resets your qty on hand every 30 days.

It is on you to know what you have in stock. eBay figures you have all the stock you have listed. It is on you to keep track of your listings.

It is on ebay to fix their buggy software so that when a GTC listing ends after 30 days with qty 2 remaining and then is automatically relisted with 72 available.

I have used Auctiva for multi-variation listings and never had a problem like that having the QTY reset after 30 days. Don't blame eBay blame your third party manager for having crummy software.

I told you that is the only third part manager I use on one stealth. I have sold for years on eBay. Ever since they went to GTC and Multi-Variation I have never ever had the listings reset to add the quantity back. The only time I ever come into that problem is when the QTY goes to zero then I try to relist because it wants to bring back every single qty in every variation sold. You must be eBay illiterate or something.
