Does ebay look into your account if buyer complaints after 60 days?

Im fed up of the customers who contact me after 60 days. I usually do not respond to them as they cannot leave feedback/ claim refund / open a case on ebay or paypal.

However some customers still won't give up. They threaten to complain to ebay for their money back. Say if they do, will ebay look into my account? Even after 60 days?

I think it would depend on what they are planning on claiming and also what you are selling.

If you've got nothing to hide, let them go right ahead.

They can complain anytime. Had a buyer call ebay and give some bs story on how I was going to give them a refund and sh1t and it was 50 something days after the transaction. Ebay reo sent me an email saying they expect their sellers to keep their word and follow through....wtf this guy never even contacted me! He already left positive feedback, etc. Youre never safe...good luck.
