Ebay suspended my account for 14 days and removed my buyer's protection, need help

Hi everyone! Need help, i have a buyer and seller account and ebay has restricted my buyer account 14 days and removed my buyer protection.

i buy silver lots with many pieces and since silver is sold by gram if 2-3 pieces are not real silver it would anywhere from 10-50$ refund.

i would return those items and sellers would apologize and be happy to give a partial refund but ebay thinks i'm a scammer,.

so what are the best ways to take to get my buyer protection back.

i called ebay and they told me seller account still has buyer protection but i'm sure if i use it ebay might get my seller account in trouble.

please any recommendation would be very helpful.

IMO, if eb doesn't want to help you, then you can go to your bank or credit card issuer to file a chargeback.

Welcome to the forums - if eb thinks your BUYING activities are scamlike in nature, it usually means you have done something repeatedly. First step - stop, sit back and analyze what`s the core issue.

Second - igotsuspended is true - you could do the chargeback BUT, from a seller`s viewpoint, this is very annoying and hurtful.

This forum is more dedicated for stealth - your situation sounds kind of unique but first read around and see other posts on similar situations whether buyer or seller.
