Thumbs down my ebay buyer protection has been taken away

am really upset. Ebay has not sent me a warning but decided to just remove my ebay buyer protection.
I do not know why they did this! I thought they were supose to send me a warning first.

I had a few sellers screw me around and not send me the items i purchased and i had to open cases. One of the item lots I didnt get was for 6 items which i ended up opening up 6 cases for as the seller claimed she did not know which items i got from her for some unkonwn reason.

She did refund me but now ebay thinks i was lying and abused the system.

They did not give me a warning or anything and i am really upset. It does not say if its forever or not and I dont know if that will affect my seller protection for me to sell on ebay.

Any insight woudl be very helpful.. I appealed and im waiting for a response but i doubt they will belive me.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

At the second seller screwing you, you would have been wise to stop buying.

Were you being responsible in selecting your seller?

Two sides to a story.

Your middle name isn't 'Lucky' is it?

This doesn't sound right at all

Sorry - but you sound like the buyer from Hell. Let me have your ebay id so I can block you

.
If you sell, as you claim, you did not handle the matter in a professional way going by what you posted.

Shed more light on the cases. As I said two sides to the story but to be a seller as well is baffling conduct.

I will never feel sorry for a buyer operating in such a bad way that they receive warnings for their activity.

It's hard enough to operate as a seller. The buyers have all the advantages in the world and you still manage to mess things up? Wow...something is certainly wrong with what YOU are doing, NOT the seller...

You have no idea that you are affecting peoples lives and families...

Sounds like one of those people that open case and ask questions later. Certainly sellers complained about your conduct. Bad enough that ebay decided to remove your protection privileges. Its a rare occurrence to say in the least. Next time you should try to work things out before opening cases left and right...

I suspect it was worse then even posted....

If i was an ebay rep and you have alot of cases for not receiving an item I would probably your just lying. I can understand 1, but 6 is alot and it depends what the case is. If the package says delivered, but you say you got an empty box 6 times then probably your telling the truth, but ebay does not know and they take you as a risk buyer cause they have to pay you back and they don't want to lose money.

Ohoh, Pony left because she wasn't told it wasn't her fault.

Since Ebay is so totally and completely one sided I have no doubt that when a buyer is reprimanded it is for ATROCIOUS reasons. Seriously, I've only had to ever open a case up once in so many years of Ebaying.

I've noticed a weird trend on this forum of Ebay or Amazon buyers joining and asking about why they are suspended, etc. Then they never respond and disappear. I wonder if they even see the responses.
