30 day LIMITATION on selling CD's

Ive finally gone legit. sort of. My real name. address, SS# in FULL , phone #, -and have a feedback of 100 with 100%, 40 are SALES...with no REFUND CASES opened or anything.

boom. you cannot sell in this category for 30 days. I waited a week. was able to RELIST 5 items, then later 2, THAT made no sense....so i CALLED them today (after 3 years of fear) because it had been 50 days, not 30.. and got someone very friendly that...didnt have access to the dirty pool they were playing, and i got tranferred to..someone on meth...

and they said my account would be reviewed in a few days. what is the deal here?? is this new policy?? I'm just crossing my fingers.....any thoughts?

Thoughts? I would say you are pushing WAY too hard with only 40 sales - the more folx you go through on eb - transfers, escalations, reviews...they may just block you completely.

Take it slow and grow. How new is the account?

What does it mean when you say you finally gone legit? Are you saying that you never used your real name with Ebay before and now for the first time you have?

I was a bit out of sorts and vague. sorry. ive been registered since nov 28th, and selling for 100 days. i sell a product they dont quite approve of. If you are looking for that obscure van halen concert from 1978 , im your man. (cant list them though they are very litigious) so..figure it out. Yet: I refund ANYONE (and they keep the product) and as most sellers are terrified about negative and whatnot, i have to be DOUBLE worried...so: I make sure my people are happy. no complaints. i figured out a stealth method on my own. just..trial and error. but FAR from perfect...i had an account in MY name...when i started...4 years ago...then had to go stealth...when i am up and running, i can sell, 25 a week...100/mo.....now im reduced to TWO a week. i read this forum, and..LOL..now im more freaked out than ever. so: im just gonna sit it out. thats the one thing you can count on. if you do nothing, and make NO moves, chances are nothing bad will happen. thanks so much for the help and input. feel free to fill me in on anything, here...im starting to resign myself to...some ..person having it in for me...and a bunch that dont, cause their policy's and tactics change every 8 minutes.

whats cooky too is: everytime something just happened, they made a move or I did...i get a CS survey to fill out. i get so freaking paranoid about their "hidden ways" that i think they are tracking me with it.
