Funds availability and multiple tracking numbers

I am not sure if any one here was in my situation.
I printed eb shipping label and label didn't print out so, I have to void it.
I printed label from USPS site, added it to the item.
Now, my sold item has 2 tracking numbers.
My item was delivered 5 days ago and fund availability is still 21 days, and I have to call CS to manually release the fund.
Here is my point, if you have more than one tracking numbers and only 1 working, then fund will not release to you until 21 days comes.
Your fund will be released sooner only if all tracking numbers for that item show DELIVERED.

You can call support and get them to clear the tracking number.

I called them first time and they told me the fund would be released within 24h, but it was not. I called them second time and the fund was released few hours later.
