Default Rookie problems - organization

I currently run into a problem with organization....

I sell about 30 of the same items a day.

I run into some issues with customers, whether they didn't receive it, they want a refund, an exchange etc etc.

Alright whatever, lets do a refund for example -- ***
I go to Sell>Sold> Scroll through EVERYONE and find the buyer>View Paypal transaction...( sometimes it wont let me -- so what i then do is ) > View Order details > go to Paypal > find the name of the buyer and refund them there.. PLEASE tell me theres a better way lol...

Another issue i run in to, lets say 3 weeks go by, I deleted the person from the SOLD , oh guess what he messages me asking for an exchange/return or tracking info.... But he's deleted, and I'm going to have to go through hundreds of deleted sold items that don't even display their name.

See where I'm getting at?

Burns a lot of my time

Have you tried going to your listing for the item? It should say 526 SOLD. Click on that and search through the customer you have sold to. Click on their user name and you will have the option to look at all order details.

I completely agree, sometimes it's a real hassle. The one thing I have going for me, is I'm currently selling on about 80 accounts, so when I have a refund, I can switch to the proper account and it's easy to find because I only have about 10 transactions per account per month.

With that said, ebay should make it much easier to refund a buyer. A refund button should be added amoungst the drop down options. I wish ebay was as smart as some of us sellers!
