A few questions for the UK members........
I need some advice from fellow UK members as to what i should do.
Q1. On my buying account i buy loads of laptops, and recently in 1 week i have been sold 3 laptops from different sellers that are either faulty or have inferior specs to what was advertised. I have opened a ebay dispute and they all have responded, one of them not budging on refunding. It states the case will close in 3 days time if we have not reached an agreement and i cannot reopen the claim. How on earth do i escalate it to a full blown dispute like i used to do the last time i raised a dispute a year ago??? i am confused!.
Q2. As a seller i sell around 20 items per day, on the 4th of this month i sent around 23 items via 1ST CLASS RECORDED delivery. Its now been 7 working days and one seller keeps emailing me saying he did not receive the item. The way the post office has taken these deliveries is in a way where all tracking numbers are on the receipt WITHOUT there postcode next to the tracking number. So out of 23 items i dont know which one is this guys. So i went through all 23 on the RM website and 6 of them STILL have not been delivered. Should i replace the complaining buyers item NOW or wait longer?
Q3. claiming lost/stolen mail with royal mail. As per above 6 items potentially missing, if they are do i put in a claim with RM with the cost i SOLD the items for ie...show them the ebay auction as proof? or do i have to get receipt from my china supplier? if the latter then how do i claim customs charge, shipping charge...etc on top of the cost of the item? Any one have any info on claiming with RM?
