I have an aged verified PP acct. in good standing that was

previously used with an eb acct. that was restricted. It even has a debit card attached to it. How can I use it with a stealth eb acct. that I cannot verify? The PP acct is over 8 months old & good because I just added funds from a cash card to it. How can I use this with EB?
