Default Need some advice

Hello,

I need to advice on this case.

- I listed a laptop with BIN and 1 buyer bought it.
- The laptop is refurbished from Dell.
- I check the buyer history (buyer got 14 buyer feedback and 2 is just yesterday). In two day buyer bought total of 3 Dell laptop.
- 1 of the laptop he bought yesterday is the same item that I got my from Dell. But for $90 less than he bought form me.

Is there anything not right in this case? Why he don't buy direct from Dell again but buy from me for $90 more?

Should I ship it or cancel this transaction?

Thank you

Does the other one show shipping cost? Maybe yours is actually a better deal with shipping. Is this an international buyer?

If you do decide to send it take all precautions. Use signature confirm, insurance, and take photos which include the serial number.

Does the history show any laptop he bought for parts/repair condition? If so, he might try to swap the units on you.

- My list is not a better deal than the one he bought yesterday. My list is almost $90 more for the same item
- His confirm address is in California (How do I check if that is forwarding service or not?)
- All three laptop he bought from yesterday are refurbished

Thank you

Probably refurbishes them or something. I wouldn't worry about it.

Its a sale - good that you worry but just make sure pp is verified, keep open communication with the buyer, and away you go
