i start of with 100% feedback i was doing 15-20 transaction a day.
about 4-5 days ago i got 2 negative feedback slow shipping and wrong color buyer wasn't willing to work it out.
however since then my sale drop to 0 sometime 2 a day my feedback is now 96.8 i figure it's because of those feedback i have 68 positive and 2 negative in the past 12 month
i was wondering if i do some purchase will that help increase my feedback i want to get at least 100 positive
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
I had a negative left and it brought my score to 80% - I started to buy a few things and now I have a 93% feedback. So it does improve your percentage.

The only thing buying helps is the number itself next to your username & your percentage. But dont be fooled, it has ZERO to do with selling. You could have 10,000 feedback, but if you start selling 20 knock off shoes and 5 people complain, good bye. It may be necessary on new accounts to build "reputation".

Did the negatives come from one buyer or from two buyers? Mean people.
What did you try with the buyers? Not much you can do for feedback revision thanks to great ebay policies that are mean too.
It will take 12 months for the negatives to drop off the account. Buying & getting feedback will be a long slow process.
Have you other accounts?
If you can get the percentage up by selling and shipping quick etc then you will be ok.
Get the percentage up and move the negs down several pages and it will in most cases be overlooked as long as you have some good positives ahead of it.
Also, make a comment under the feedback but choose your words wisely.
the 2 buyers were mean i offer full refund they just want toe leave negative message i guess 1 say slow shipping and the other wrong color she request color after ship

Let me know if you have replied to either of these negatives. OK?

Buying feedback does help create credibility with eBay. But just buying items to get your feedback percentage up because of negatives from selling won't do much. I would advise trying to make sure you do bend over backwards not to receive anymore in the near future. Getting selling feedback goes much further building your credibility with eBay.
Some people are just horrible buyers, positive feedback from sellers will improve your score, but the negative feedback will remove itself in 12 months as GB said.

The scores really don't matter anymore though. It does for some seller recognition; top rated, etc. But as far as how eBay looks at you seller account. Selling feedback and DSR's play a much more important role. Buying feedback helps marginally make you look like a good member of the community. But it will not mask poor seller performance.
