I coined the phrase "professional buyer" for this reason.

They are sitting there waiting for the perfect opportunity to get something for nothing.

My accounts mean more to me than being right, a few bucks or one transaction, what i want is good feedback and healthy accounts all that other stuff blocking adding arguing being right blah blah blah is not worth it to me. I refund quickly any sign of problems and tell them to keep it.

Just my two cents I am sure everyone disagrees

Very nice. At the risk of sounding arrogant, but not when you have over $50-$75 invested in each items cost. I am all for the customer. Just not when it's stoopid. I am the 1st to offer a discount. Most people either own or have shopped retail for my items and know what they are.

Yeah and how much in that paypal ? I bet lots at 75 per item and if you have issues it gets reviewed and maybe hit, now 75 does not sound like that much does it. Cost of vba, time to create, internet costs dumb junk bought to start account, cost of vcc, and lost funds in the account IF it gets hit.

Discounts do placate some customers - not the 'professional buyers' as it were but majority of regulars

Return buyers deserve discounts.

Idots that do not read correctly merit other treatment.

(cue rsot jumping up and down to make a post)

Idiots deserve this too.
