Feedback Revisal?

Hey all, I agreed to a deal with someone who left me negative feedback for him or her to remove it. They said that they could not figure out how to, and neither can I.

The other time I did a feedback revisal I remember submitting a revisal forum to the person, but I can not find it this time? This will only be my second revisal submission.

Thanks

Send a revision request via the Feedback Forum. You can access it from the Site Map.

You only get a certain number of revisions per transactions it may not be there cause u used up your revisions but go to your home page and above your feedback should say feedback revisions

Is there a way for that buyer to revise without me having to send a notice?

Thanks

I'm not exactly sure , try logging in and go to customer support type in revising feedback as a buyer, see what comes up

It looks like the seller needs to initiate a request form to the buyer

Here's some information that might help
If you're concerned about Feedback you received, you can request a Feedback revision within 30 days of when it was left. You can request up to 5 Feedback revisions for every 1,000 Feedback comments you receive. The buyer has 10 days to reply, and can change the Feedback or keep it the same and give a reason. You can also share your side of the story by replying to the Feedback.

If you left positive Feedback, you can't change it, but you can leave a follow-up comment to your original Feedback.

I just learned that I can't get a revision because the transaction was a little more than 30 days ago. I already refunded the person in full + $10 for his troubles and let him keep the 30 dollar item.

:smash:

Does not look like he can change it.

Be careful for the future.

Cant have two bites at the cake.

Look carefully next time before doing anything.

No - you must send a notice - and that notice expires in 7 days so be wise about it.
