Default eBay's Q&A Vipers! Stay away from them.

I'm still a member in good standing with eBay (not that I'm proud of that mind you) but I've found out some things recently that really piss me off. It hasn't happened to me but I've seen it happen to other eBay sellers.
If you go to the Q&A Chat Room and hang around awhile you will see that there are a group of people, viscious, mean spirited, cretons, who will take every opportunity to verbally lash someone who dares to come in to their chat room and ask a question. I feel sorry for some of these people because you can tell they are new to eBay and when they ask a legitimate question these vipers immediately jump in and degrade this person for even being so stupid as to ask a question. They, this small group, owns the Chat Room. These same people will go the listings of these poor unsuspecting people and bid on items using a new account they setup and then not pay causing the seller to relist and frustrate them. The seller goes back to the Chat Room to ask advice on what to do about non payers and these idiots who are doing it think it's funny. They actually talk about people's listings and criticize everything on them.
Sometimes I just sit and watch these jerks talk for hours about it and I see how they belittle people and I just can't believe that eBay doesn't monitor the Chat Rooms.
After seeing how they do other people I NEVER go to the Q&A to ask for advice. I always use the Live Chat.
Another example of eBay NOT minding their store.
When is someone going to come up with a better mouse trap? Uuhh . . . I mean online auction.

Right, I never visited the chats but their forums are pretty vicious at times.

I have never heard of these chat rooms.

They don't sound as bad as IRC. On IRC, you go there and ask for help and then suddenly you are kickbanned with "hahahaha you got a nonpaying bidder".
