Now What?
I don't know what to make out of this.
I send out "feedback reminder" emails for buyers when I don't receive feedback from them. I wait about 2 weeks from the time the item was delivered.
Some of them leaves feedback within 24 hours.
Some of them replies to my email complaining that something was wrong with the item, it was broken, it had a hole, etc. And they tell me that we can resolve this issue and they won't leave negative feedback for me.
I clearly state in my listings that buyers can send damaged items back on my expense for an exchange. I never receive any emails from these buyers, they never complain. Two weeks later they realize they received a damaged item?
I really think they just want to get some money back and nothing is wrong with these items.
How should I handle these buyers?
If I tell them to send me a photo of the damage than they get mad.
If I remind them that I have a 7 day return policy than they leave negative feedback. I really think eBay should allow sellers to leave neg. feedback for buyers so we could warn other sellers that they can get a sticky situation with these buyers. So at least we would know what to expect.
