I did report the buyer using the report buyer button but I'm just little scared of calling in and it back firing on me and than I lose the account

Yea, I would leave it at that. Bad enough you have an issue with a buyer don't need to risk losing the account on top that.

Yea, I hate that this buyer has a history of doing this but there's not too much a seller can do on ebay without risking their own account
