Buyers won't get/receive my eBay replies.
 

Has anyone else had problems with their buyers lately? You reply through eBay and they don't seem to receive your message.

Two weeks back, had this. Was for eaby.ca as well.

If I did not 'log' what I do, I thought I had not sent messages.

Has this been happening often? Not noticed issues in the past days.

Well my original ebay in ebay.ca but I am always logged on ebay.com

Do you think I should call eBay? Will they be able to solve this problem? Or is it going to be just a waste of time?

Yes I've read this thread already. eBay doesn't care about the little guy. They care about Chinese power sellers, Titanium power sellers and big ticket companies like Toys R Us. The rest can go to hell.

Same here with the message issue.

I had a lady open a case because she said I wasn't communicating with her.
I called her up to tell her that I had replied to each and every message and that calling her was a last resort.

Might be another lovely 'ebay glitch'

They are messing with my listings as well.:confused:
