How to speak with a US customer service agent regarding a buyer protection claim?
I checked the tracking numbers on some of the refunds ebay issued over the last several months, and a few of them were ones that were never delivered to me. In one case it was delivered to a different zip code and in two other cases there is no tracking status at all, and it seems the buyers didn't return the items.
The Filipino agents can't understand that they weren't delivered, so I'd like to speak with a US agent about this. I've spoken to them before, I just don't remember how I was able to reach one.
