My customer service issues resolved today, wheeew!
I had 2 serious issues that were product related. My fault I didn't inspect like always do. I was really worried about this being new and after a lot of continuous communication I was able to have the customer go away thanking me and I still made money. I always give them a choice and upgrade if applicable. I always put myself in their place. How would I like to hear what I am about to write to them.
When I recently bought something I had a problem with the seller after much rapid and consistent communication went south on me. Pretty much got smart with me. So no worries I just won't buy from them again or recommend when asked. Sellers don't think customers notice this. They do. I always have to look at the big picture and ask, "is it worth it?"
