Unclear customer..
Ok, customer is unclear. He ordered something, but send some sort of a request. It looks like he used google translate or something, but I have no idea what he wants :P. Customer:

''Thanks for your message. I am not sure what you mean.
Do you mean that you want to cancel your order? That is possible if you want to.
Please let me know soon. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have more questions.'' Customer replied: ''Unfortunately they have misunderstood me.
