Unclear customer..

Ok, customer is unclear. He ordered something, but send some sort of a request. It looks like he used google translate or something, but I have no idea what he wants :P.

Customer:
''I want to tell them that the item ordered also to my mother, ''-name of mother-" can be passed, when I should not be there.''

Me:
''Thanks for your message. I am not sure what you mean.
Do you mean that you want to cancel your order? That is possible if you want to.

Please let me know soon. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have more questions.''

Customer replied:
''Unfortunately they have misunderstood me.

I want to buy the product !

I simply just said, that can be passed to the items in the postal delivery in me "-his name-," and my mother "-name of mother-".

It would be nice if they could Notify me about me by email when they send my goods in the mail.''

Wtf? xD

I think he wants you to ship the item in his mom's name.
And to message the buyer the tracking info in his personal email address or just upload the tracking info to ebay shipping.

He wants to know if his mother can take delivery of the item.

Well, that is all he send me

. I only removed the names for privacy reasons.

I think he wants to be notified when I post the items. But he'll receive an auto notification when I mark the item as ''send''.

Just checked where he is from; Germany. I wish I replied in German, that would have made it a lot easier.

I'll just send it to him with priority mail and include a gift or something (don't know why, just in case... or something?

).

As long as its a confirmed address on his paypal account then it should be fine to ship to his mother :P

Buyer just wants it to be able to be signed for by the buyers mother if the buyer himself is not there.

Oh, but his item fits through the mail box, and I won't send it signed for, that would cost me 4 times as much xD. SO he doesn't have to worry :D

Or - and I only bring this up for ease of mind, not to be a$$hole - you can block and avoid business - depends how much worth the sale is to you and shipping to Germany....just presenting options.

hope it works well - I wouldnt personally ship out to any customer until I'm absolutely clear what's his intention.

It was very clear, he wants it shipped to his mothers house & want's her to be able sign for it. Not unusual in Europe at all really.
