DSR issue

Friends I got in to a serious issue, today when I log it to my ebay (21st Aug) and just looked in to my seller dashboard, I was amazed to see that my seller stranded has lowered to below slandered due to DSR issue but when I viewed rending data it shows only 2 counts for shipping time for last 12 months while others are 0 but on the default seller dashboard page I see 4 counts on lower DSR for shipping time,, any idea ?

And how many feedback you have in total? Important to clarify so analysis begin.

178 (+) 2(-). and all feedbacks left on month of aug are positive most of them says fast shipping.
