ebay store final value fee still charging 10%

i subscribed to a basic ebay store and im checking my eb fv fee and its still charging me 10% instead of 9%. Why hasnt it switched?

wow is this true? if i sell something at $9.99 final price and i have an ebay store it charges 9% which is 0.8991 which you think they would round up to 0.90. But it rounds up to $1.00. pretty much charging 10%. does this make any sense? i know its 10 cents but my business is more based on volume so 10 cents is a big jump for me. this is so stupid.

You either need to close the auction and start a new one or if its a never cancel auction you need to wait till 30 days or untill it relists it self.
