I just logged into an account that had 100/10000 and now it's up to 300/$30,000
There's something I can't figure out with this account, I used all stealth name and address with this no name variation and with 1 sale and 0 feedback was givin my first raise of 50/5000 than a week later 100/10000 and now 1 month after that 300/ 30,000 which is the biggest raise for me.
What's also strange I tried to register a few accounts with coinstar and all my accounts asked for SS# and DOB , etc to register which I cancelled out but this one just verified me and I was enrolled without being asked for anything.
For some reason I have alot of credibility with this account than the others, wish I could figure if there was something I did to make it this way or if its totally random , anyway ill take it either way

Could be ebay running tests on some % of accounts, the same way we keep running tests on them to try to understand how they work. Ebay may be interested in learning what happens with they give some users large limit increase. Will it boost profit? Will users sell more? Will user end up suspended?
I have trying to crack the 1 sale no feedback approach. So far no luck in sight. But with this one, man you have raised the success bar HIGH!!!

I've had some spectacular limit increases on all my accounts. Two of my accounts have met Top Rated Seller/Power Seller Status. I always file tracking number straight after sending onto PayPal and eBay I'm not sure if that helps it along a bit. All have 100% positive FB.

I also noticed 2 other accounts were raised to 100/5000 and 100/10000, so it's that time again after reviews and the end of the month when ebay a limits are approaching 0 so they can't have terrible sales the last 10 days of the month so guess that's why they give these increases . They probably see what the limit for the month is at with all accounts and if they need more sales they give out raises.
It seems like they are really fighting lately to get more sales hence many limit raises , feels like competition possibly with amazon
Either way ill take the raises

I have been having all sorts of strange raises the last month on new accounts I have been working on.
One that is TRS Bronze is stuck on 100 a month, yet 6 others with between 40 feedback and 100 feedback non-TRS are all on between 200 and 390 a month now. Very strange.
The most important thing you need to look at is the 200/20k limits or projected limits. Be prepared to supply EIN etc if you think you are going to sell up to these numbers because you will get hit with the SSN request at some point in time.
Limits are awesome if you are prepared to use an EIN or other means.
I had one account earlier this month go from 10-1000 limits to 300 and 15,000 in 5 months.
Crazy increases as long as you a prepared for them.
I mentioned on another thread
I have 8 year old account Top rated/power sller 100% positive top notch DSR`s I cannot get a raise fron 100 for love or money.
Daughter has account few months old gets raise to 300.... baffled.
My theory is that alot of these raises are back to the whole 'battle' between Amazon and Ebay. With the recent news that Amazon has more sellers than ebay...that must really tick off ebay to the nth degree.
Ebay was a monopoly in the online marketplace for nearly a decade. In the past couple of years, its gotten some serious competition and as such, we as sellers are seeing some positive changes.

Three accounts get increase as well: 900/$105,000 --> 1050/$125,000, 100/$10,000 --> 200/$20,000, & 10/$1,000 --> 20/$5,000. One account hit TRS as well. I'm now running 10 accounts with 10 more as backup. I've about $75k of merchandise stock up for the rest of the year. Still can't believe about a year ago, I only have one account lol.
