Default NEW TOPIC! Why still can list more items when amount is maxed out??

HELLO EVERYONE!

Idk if this is another old topic but couldn't find anything related to this!

If you check my attachment, My selling limits has been reached on "amount" ($1000) not # of items which there are still 6 remaining to be sold out of 30.However, today i decided to edit a listing for the next month and apparently i hit the "list your item" and BANG!! I just listed two items which value are $25 each. The amount is still $0.00

why is that, has september already started?

Does it have to do with the monthly aug 20th ebay evaluation? my account is currently standard with all 131 postives no problems whatsoever...

Hmm, this has happened time to time. I do have some proof of eB going RETROACTIVELY (back to completed listings) and pulling them because of seller going over the limit.

I really wouldn't push your luck now that you see that you have hit the max month limit. eB can go up to 90 days in the past and cancel your listings and alerting winners that the listing was pulled...

If you have hit the limit, but its still letting you list, I myself wouldn't list.

Use another account if you need to make the sales.

Could run into issues otherwise down the line.

Why would be a problem? Unless i'm lisitng something illegal. If they allowed me to do list the remainings why not take the chances

You can bypass this problem by listing your other items on another stealth account

Because if eBay retroactively remove the listings they will then inform any buyers.

It has been know for these buyers to then decide to claim that they did not get the goods, and without signature confirmation delivery PP could easily refund these buyers.

I am not saying all buyers are like that, but there are buyers like that do about.
