Yep, that's my opinion. eBay should give all sellers who offer free shipping an automatic 5.0 in DSR "shipping and handling fees" ratings. I came to the conclusion because on one of my accounts which has now reached 100 feedback, I have a 4.2 rating in "shipping and handling fees", even though I have always offered absolutely free shipping on all listings since day 1.

But eBay has 2 DSR sections for shipping:

"Shipping time" and "Shipping and handling charges".

So they could give sellers offering always free shipping a 5.0 in the "Shipping and handling charges" category. Because I don't really see it as fair that buyers can give you a 4 out of 5 stars for "Shipping and handling charges" when you're shipping free.

That would be nice I guess, but come on its eBay! They could care less about their sellers.

I think free shipping should be an auto 5 DSR, but... will that mean sellers who charge a fair s/h still not get the 5DSR though?

but either way... after seeing horrible things even to their biggest seller (bargainland), I agree that eBay don't give a damn.
