Default Should i list the same items i was suspended for on reinstated ebay accounts??

I have got 3 suspended accounts reinstated recently, 1 from a years suspension, 1 from a 3 month suspension and 1 from a 7 day suspension.

On any of the 3 could i ever list the same items i was suspended for in the first place or is it definitely not a good idea to do.

Definitely not a good idea... unless you want those accounts gone forever.

I once played russian roulette. Nothing happened. Is it safe to play it again?

Ok thanks for your views!

I might try russian roulette on 1 of them and see how it goes.

Also i have another account and i had all the listings removed and a warning with the vero tutorial 4 months ago, since then i have been selling different lower profit items on it and its all been fine but i want to go back to my usual items, is this also like playing russian roulette, has anyone tried this?

Thumbs down

Russian Roulette is a fatal game. Play it and lose, then that is the demise of your accounts.

I'll tell you what, I am selling pretty much the same exact things I have always been selling and have not been suspended from EBAY in over a year now. BUT - what I sell is not VERO and not counterfeit, not stolen, not clones, nothing wrong with anything that I sell. All legitimate merchandise.
Selling the same Vero Items will most likely get you suspended again. Non-Vero will not.

I know everyone says not to list the same items and use the same listing format but I feel as though it really doesn't matter. I personally use the same HTML for my listings and sell the same items I was selling on the previous eBay account with absolutely no problems.

Like Aspkin said: "Selling the same Vero Items will most likely get you suspended again. Non-Vero will not"

although I must admit I had no problems using the same listing format when I was into selling non-authentic abercrombie clothing.

Default relisting same item?

i would think that listing the same items would be a definite flag for suspension again. i have a question for you - one of my kids was suspended indefinitely from ebay - tried to make new accounts twice and have been suspended within 2 weeks for being tied into the original account. my account has now been suspended as well for being linked to the original suspended account - only standard replies from ebay and nothing indicating possible reinstatement. do you think it is possible that my original account might be reinstated? it has been 3 months. thanks for your help.

Jolor. thats worth contacting ebay about that suspended acount. say that you were inocent and you feel your were suspended unfairly and say what your going to use it for ( as long as its non vero items ) you may twist someones arm. dont go into to much details about other acounts and people or they may think your running a casual acount for anyone. cant promise it will work . but worth a shot. dont be scared of the ebay bumkins
