It's not just you. Selling restrictions are being placed on many, many sellers. It is basically on anything they consider "high risk".

Please go to the ebay Seller Central forum discussion boards and search this question. There are hundreds of posts about this subject.

I think it is all about what you are selling. If you sell for example sandisk 4gb you can list 200 and nothing. Also my personal experience it is very important to make real pictures.
