Bluebird card and eBay.

It doesn't work for me anymore. However, it still works with PayPal.
I was trying to add it for store subscription.

Have had the same issues with Simon Mall Visa cards for the past 3 or so years. They work fine for confirming PayPal. You can online add any name or address you wish in the U.S. But for whatever reason it gets declined when you try to add as a card on eBay. But for whatever reason you can use it to make a payment for fees. Pretty odd.

Be unusal for the OP to have more than one ebay shop?

Card may have worked elsewhere.

It's not unusual when you have several accounts and don't want to pay 10% FVF if you sell more than $200 a month.

Sadly my day is only 24 hours long. Would not have time for extra shops.

It's just the way to save money if you sell a lot.
I used different card, not bluebird.
