How many times to relist without ban?

Ok so a few of my listings have been removed for...

probably a jelous competitor as theres nothing wrong with my listings.

I really dont know what to do but until i find a solution, how many more should i list before i become close to being banned?

Is there any possible way to keep people from flagging your listings if you haven't had a transaction with this person?

I would stop listing those items on that account for now. I did that on one of my first eBay accounts and ended up losing it.

Usually takes 3 times before suspension.

hmmm, think ive had it 2 times now, just going to see what happens on the third time, ive got back up accounts anyway and i think the suspension would be 7 day. Do you think the gap between how long the listings where removed matters? e.g. one today and the next removed 2 weeks from now...

Third time is 7 day suspension.I'm in that position right now.Then you have to fax a drivers license and utility bill to get reinstated.

I'd switch up accts--let that acct cool down.. start using another acct--
