We tried working it out and the deadline to ask for ebay support to work it out was the 30th of September. He just now raised it up to ebay customer support the date being 10/5/13. Am I still going to have to refund him or what is going on? Ebay told me they would have a case decision within 48 hours. How are they going to go about having a case decision when the time limit is already up? :argue: |
