Just called Ebay on the new MC999. Nice lady. I thought she would ask me the public information stuff, but she didn't. Maybe it has something to do with me telling her I'm from another country. Anyways, she explained in great detail of how I can file a case if a buyer does not pay etc etc. Then she tried to verify my phone. It's a GV. Then she asks me that in my paypal that I have linked, it does not have a bank acct, so asked me to add one. Added it, and waiting for deposits to come in to verify. Said she'll call me in 24 hours to see what's up. Strange. I wonder how that will turn out.

I hope they won't be able to get the name from my account somehow. These days, you never know.

Lol. I hope she doesn't call back either. She said she would lift the restriction once we verify. I hope this so works.

That's what I was talking about a little thing like not linking your Paypal account or not confirming your Paypal account can be enough to raise a flag ,

With heightened security everything needs to be in complete order , a criteria they can be starting with are accounts using a non verfied Paypal, not linking paypal with ebay and using google voice or call forwarding seevice

I was only trying to do what corleone and sandy d did, add a bank acct when the eBay acct looks good to good to go. I think it may have to do with gv, they specifically asked for a real mobile number because gv sellers Are not reachable. They wanted good customer service, so they wanted a real mobile number. Who knows? I am not sure if the PayPal account was not linked That would cause the same issues.

Yea u can do that however u need to get a VBA to verify your Paypal account , you missed that important step that they take there, you can purchase them in the forum they are good to verify your Paypal and that's it u cannot withdraw funds , and than when things are going well add a bank, but a VBA acts As a bank just to receive micro deposits and the Paypal will be verified

I wanted to add that I had this same mc999 public database question about 2 weeks ago, failed miserably and lost that account. That one was pp verified and limits lifted. Didn't link the acct though and used a gv number. Most likely it was the gv number, but you could still be right in that I didn't link the accts.
