I just lost an ebay account, is the paypal account for that account lost also, or can I use it for an account that lost its pay pal but not the ebay account?

you can use the paypal but there is a real risk of them blocking your new ebay.
may be possible to add another email address to your paypal to shield you from ebay linking the accounts but still not guaranteed.
if possible start a new paypal and ebay with stealth ,that should be better in the long run.
Sometimes the Paypal account will survive and No you should not use it on another eBay account...if you do then your going to get those two banned and your gonna end up here on the forum again with new problems.
You cannot use the PayPal with a new eBay account, but you can still use it to pay suppliers if you need to, as well as use it to pay for items on websites that accept PP
Paypal can't be used with new eBay account, I tried and learnt my lesson only 2 months ago when attempting to create new accounts I kept getting the mc999 message from ebay, just create new paypal to match your new eBay account it will be a lot safer.
