Default Just received negative feedback

I have just received a neg from a complete xxxxxx. I have reported him to EBay accordingly. I thought I would share the email I have just sent.....(Why do we need stealths again?)

"I would like Ebay to have a look at the buyer xxxxxxxx who has left negative feedback for me 20 days after the transaction date without any contact whatsoever.

All my xxxxxx are cleaned and prepared carefully without exception and this xxxxxx was transported to xxxxxxx by UPS Express at only a cost of £10 to the buyer which is an absolute bargain.

I have a consistent track record of supplying xxxxxxx which I do look after very successfully, and I am confident that all of the xxxxxxx I sell are not “xxxxxx” as asserted. The buyer has waited 20 days to report this.

The buyer also has a history of leaving negative feedback for numerous sellers and I was suspicious about proceeding with this transaction from the start.

In addition, I have examined my Dashboard today, and it does appear this buyer has left low Detailed Seller Ratings in no less than 3 areas.

Item as Described - I clean all my xxxxxxx and I have never ever had a single complaint of selling a dirty xxxxxxxx before anywhere in the world.

Dispatch Time - The tracking number has been uploaded to EBay. Please review this. The order was made on the 3rd of November, collected on the 4th and delivered on the 6th! 3 Days! This is a very fast service to xxxxxx. (Somewhere on Mainland Europe)

Postage and Packing Charges - This was only £10 to ship a xxxxxxx by UPS fast to xxxxxxxx!

I trust EBay can have a look at this, he does seem to buy a lot from one seller xxxxxxxx however the % of negative experiences from other sellers is high.

This buyer is on my blocked list, however the comment he has left is libellous and is clear defamation of what I sell which is not based on fact.

Common sense dictates that this buyer is clearly abusing the feedback system, please could you investigate accordingly.

If the comment is defamatory, then it may well be removed depending on the wording

Likewise if the seller has a history of leaving negative the new EB policy means it may well be removed.

Only time will tell

It sucks dealing with buyers like this. All you can do is add them to your block list and report the buyer to eBay. Hopefully if they have a history of this they will be NARU.

Wow, EBay have just removed it!

Just been on Live chat to a lady in the Philippines!

Apparently it fit their policy for feedback removal after looking at the buyers history!

Lol, do I get any credit for pointing that out. Anytime you get a negative feedback from a buyer. Always look at the their feedback left for others. If they have a history of this behavior. Point it out to eBay reps and often times you can convince them to remove them.

ahhh that sucks! i was hoping to use live chat too here in the US. i didnt see that option in awhile now

I know they got rid of the chat in the US, but I have had luck googling the ebay live chat for other countries, and that will work (have not had to do this >1 year, but use to work for me). Problem is getting within their business hours, sometimes completely opposite of the US.

Congratulations OP I really didn't think that would happen. Just proves how inconsistent eb & pp can be. I really thought the perpetrator had to violate policy to have it removed.
