Just received negative feedback
I have just received a neg from a complete xxxxxx. I have reported him to EBay accordingly. I thought I would share the email I have just sent.....(Why do we need stealths again?)
"I would like Ebay to have a look at the buyer xxxxxxxx who has left negative feedback for me 20 days after the transaction date without any contact whatsoever.
All my xxxxxx are cleaned and prepared carefully without exception and this xxxxxx was transported to xxxxxxx by UPS Express at only a cost of £10 to the buyer which is an absolute bargain.
I have a consistent track record of supplying xxxxxxx which I do look after very successfully, and I am confident that all of the xxxxxxx I sell are not “xxxxxx” as asserted. The buyer has waited 20 days to report this.
The buyer also has a history of leaving negative feedback for numerous sellers and I was suspicious about proceeding with this transaction from the start.
In addition, I have examined my Dashboard today, and it does appear this buyer has left low Detailed Seller Ratings in no less than 3 areas.
Item as Described - I clean all my xxxxxxx and I have never ever had a single complaint of selling a dirty xxxxxxxx before anywhere in the world.
Dispatch Time - The tracking number has been uploaded to EBay. Please review this. The order was made on the 3rd of November, collected on the 4th and delivered on the 6th! 3 Days! This is a very fast service to xxxxxx. (Somewhere on Mainland Europe)
Postage and Packing Charges - This was only £10 to ship a xxxxxxx by UPS fast to xxxxxxxx!
I trust EBay can have a look at this, he does seem to buy a lot from one seller xxxxxxxx however the % of negative experiences from other sellers is high.
This buyer is on my blocked list, however the comment he has left is libellous and is clear defamation of what I sell which is not based on fact.
Common sense dictates that this buyer is clearly abusing the feedback system, please could you investigate accordingly.
