can you get linked by ip alone?

You can get linked by an IP alone, just does not always lead to account going down, but it can do.

Eventually yes :( as it will raise flags & your account can be looked at closely which usually takes the account down

This can be avoided by logging IP's for all accounts....this another thing that is discussed in the ebook AND forum.
