Is there a way to block someone from sending harassing messages?

I just re-read OPs first post and he asked for info on how to block them WITHOUT REPORTING. He did not say anything about "not going near" EB - just not reporting.

There is no way to block people without signing in and altering your site preferences.

They cannot contact you unless they have bought something. And of course you can block them from buying.

They get a message which says something like:-

"Due to their volume of business this seller is unable to answer questions at this time".

Sorry BigLouie this no worky either. Did it on all of my accts. after you post and he got all of my accts. this morning. I just delete them but unnerving a bit.
