BIN item removal on feedback
 

Hello all. I am inquiring when a customer leaves feedback, how to block what item I sold so no one else can see. Just the positive feedback only seen. I see it on eBay but can't figure out through Auctiva to make it work.

You need to make the listing private.

hi, you cant make that one listing private after the feedback has already been left can you ?

It seems you are sure you will get a negative feedback for this item

No, the listing needs to be made private before the sale.

Thanks for the replies. I have 100% feedback score over 500 positive replies from customers. I'm selling items only in Buy It Now - BIN - on eBay. I don't want what I'm selling to be seen by other potential competition (that is how I get new ideas on new items to sell).

I use only Auctiva though. There is a check box for private listing but under Fixed Price listing. I can't find anything else in Auctiva about private listings.
